Spent our time here lovely. The food for breakfast was great! The location was great and fantastic, minutes away from old town. Hoan Kiem district was definitely worth visiting.

Lift was missed, we were a little disappointed.

We checked into a room that was filthy, with cobwebs, mould, and broken furniture. Despite our request to switch, we were told the room had just been cleaned. This was the worst place we stayed in three months of travel. Look elsewhere for better options.

A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a seating area in the room, favourable location. Extremely comfy beds, perfect after a long day in Hanoi. Private parking nearby provided.

The cleanliness of sheets in my room was notably poor, with multiple hard stains present. The air conditioning seemed unnecessary as the weather outside was quite chilly, which may be taken as a comfort feature. The location appears to be central, but I didn't get a real feel for it due to the issues I faced.

The room experience was less than ideal. There was a distinct lack of room cleaning , with spider webs decorating the walls and an overall sense of neglect in the upkeep. On top of that, the bathroom felt cramped and didn't come equipped with basic amenities like a kettle or coffee sachets, which left me a bit frustrated.

The location is superb, right in the heart of a vibrant area with numerous restaurants and shops at walking distance. Basic amenities meet expectations, but the comfort of the bed could be improved. Fresh fruit salads were a good addition to the mornings.

Stayed 1 night and the owners were super friendly and really helpful. They even upgraded our room for no extra charge! The location is amazing, right in the heart of everything and there's sooo much good food around. They took care of our luggage while we traveled too. A chill vibe!

The location truly enhances the experience, being right at the core of all the vibrant activities.

I stayed in a Standard Single Room for one night, and it was super comfy! The bed was nice and cozy, and everything felt clean. They upgraded my room to help me feel more at ease because of my health situation. That was such a sweet touch!

The standard queen room I stayed in had a comfortable double bed.

The room was great, really spacious with a comfy double bed. It's located in a central area, super close to St Joseph Cathedral, and right in the heart of the lively area where lots of foreign exchange students hang out. Plus, it's in the old town so you can explore easily. 🏰.
